Completion technology of TK908DH multilateral horizontal well in Tahe Oilfield

  • 摘要: 为降低开发成本,西北分公司在塔河9区布置了第1口分支水平井TK908DH井。该井依据分支井完井工艺理论精心设计,利用国外Baker公司HOOK套管悬挂系统并结合现场实际情况进行严密完井施工作业,在完井后成功地获得了高产油气流。TK908DH井是目前国内完成最深的双分支井,施工难度达到国际分级标准TAML4级。由于井深,增加了施工作业难度,而且深井的套管内径也限制了工具的尺寸。因此深入分析和总结TK908DH井的完井工艺技术特点和成功经验,对于进一步推广分支井的应用和降低油田开发成本具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: To reduce the cost of development,Northwest Subcompany arrangemented the first dual branch TK908DH well in Tahe Oilfield nine zone. The TK908DH well based on branch well completion technical theory well-designed,at the same time through using of abroad advanced tools and technique and combining incorporation field practical situation proceed rigour completion operation, which obtained high yield hydrocarbon flow after the well completion. TK908DH well was an deepest well with dual lateral,and the difficulty of drilling run up to international grade scale TAML4 level. Due to deep hole depth increased construction operation difficulty,furthermore deep well’s casing inside diameter limited tools size.So a in-depth analysis and summing-up on TK908DH well’s well completion technology characteristic and success experience is important,it can reduce development cost and extend the application of multilateral well.
