胜利油田地质导向钻井技术研究进展

Research progress on geosteering drilling technology in Shengli Oilfield

  • 摘要: 以井下实际地质特征来确定和控制井眼轨迹的地质导向钻井技术是近年来国内外发展起来的前沿钻井技术之一。在理论研究的基础上,研制成功了具有自主知识产权的新型MWD、随钻自然伽马测量仪和随钻电阻率测量仪,并开发了地质导向钻井配套应用软件,形成了地质导向双参数LWD仪器设计制造技术和地质导向钻井工艺配套技术。通过30口井的现场试验,最薄油层达到1 m,水平段井眼轨迹的平均油层有效延伸率达94.39%,成功地实施了地质导向钻井,为薄油层、厚油层顶部剩余油等复杂油气藏开发提供了技术支撑,应用效果较好。

     

    Abstract: Geosteering drilling technology is one of the most advanced drilling techniques in late years.Navigational drilling can control well trajectory according to the actual geologic features surveyed by LWD.Based on theoretical research,SDRI(Shengli Drilling Technology Research Institute) had developed with its own effort new types of positive pulse MWD tool,gamma ray while drilling tool and resistivity while drilling tool,and developed geosteering drilling software.Shengli Oilfield had achieved its LWD design and manufacture technique and geosteering drilling technology.The geosteering drilling system had been used in 30 horizontal wells,94.36% of the horizontal sections penetrated within reservoir,and the thinnest reservoir is 1 meter.Geosteering horizontal drilling technology provides a key solution for the development of thin reservoir and the left oil in the upper section of thick reservoir.
