大庆油田三类油层聚合物驱注入速度研究

Study on injection rate of third level formation with polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield

  • 摘要: 注入速度是影响聚合物驱开发效果的重要指标,而由于假设条件的局限性,数值模拟方法无法体现聚合物溶液弹性对注入速度的影响。为了确定大庆油田三类油层合理注入速度,通过不同注入速度条件下的天然岩心驱油试验,对水驱和聚合物驱驱油效率进行了研究,结果表明,聚合物驱驱油效率提高值随驱替速度的变化可由二次多项式来表示。依据此关系式,由势的叠加理论得到的流体在油层中的渗流速度的基础上,建立了该类油层合理注入速度模型,并给出大庆油田三类油层在100 m注采井距下的合理注入速度为0.288 PV年/,该方法对现场开发方案编制有重要指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Injection rate is one of the important factors that influences polymer flooding effect.But because of the limitation of postulated condition of numerical simulation model,injection rate determined cannot reflect the influence of polymer solution elasticity.The purpose of this paper is to give reasonable injection rate for third level formation in Daqing oil field.The displacement experiments were done to study oil displacement efficiency of water flooding and polymer flooding at different displacing rate.Experiment result shows that the relationship between polymer flooding enhancing efficiency and displacing rate can be expressed by quadratic polynomial.Based on this relationship,the reasonable injection rate model was established combining with seepage flow rate of fluid in the formation obtained by principle of potential superposition.And proposed reasonable injection rate was 0.288 PV/a for third level formation in Daqing oil field at the present well spacing of 100 meters.The method has important signification for drawing up development plan of oilfield.
