Abstract: Many lost circulations,abnormal high pressure and well bore caving occur often in Shengtuo block,Shengli Oilfield caused by complex underground conditions since its long development history by over forty years.Corrugated flexible liner could be expanded to isolate water zone and trouble zones,and to solve the problems such as different drilling pressure existing within a open hole and other problems.Compared with other expandable tubing,this technology has been used in many wells in Russia and solved thousands of wells problems as well as being applied in other countries.A successful application of profiled liner has solved water channeling and lost circulation problems in Shengli Oilfield.
