套管磨损防护技术应用研究

Research on application of protection technique to casing wear

  • 摘要: 在大斜度井及大位移井钻井过程中,钻柱摩阻过大,常常导致送钻困难、顶驱能力超限、钻柱和套管磨损严重等复杂情况,给正常的钻井作业和完井作业带来很大困难。从套管磨损机理分析入手,研究了造成钻柱摩阻增大的主要因素。对各种方案和工具进行对比分析,重点阐述了几种用于减少钻柱摩阻的井下工具的工作原理及其使用条件,指出在大斜度井施工过程中使用减磨接头,能够大大降低钻柱的摩阻和扭矩。现场应用表明,在大斜度试验井施工作业过程中,使用井下减磨工具在钻井过程中可将钻柱扭矩降低10%~30%,减磨效果良好。井下防磨工具在防治大斜度井和大位移井套管磨损方面具有很好的效果和广阔的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: High friction usually result in difficulty of running drilling pipe and over limit of top drive and severe wear of workstring and casing in drilling high deviation or long horizontal distance wells.It is difficult for drilling and completion.This article was starting with casing wear mechanism analysis and finding out main reasons of workstring friction increase,comparing with different projects and tools,use of wear pad stabilizer during drilling high deviation well could greatly reduce workstring friction and torque.Through drilling practice,torque was reduced by 10%-30%.Application of wear pad stabilizer brings high drilling effect on reducing casing wear in drilling high deviation or horizontal wells.It will be wide application foreground.
