对"低渗透储层不存在强应力敏感"观点的质疑

Queries to the viewpoint——low permeability reservoirs have not the characteristics of strong stress sensitivity

  • 摘要: 实测应力敏感曲线表明,低渗透储层比中高渗储层存在更强的应力敏感性。而李传亮教授认为这是错误的,他将这种现象归结为实验的系统误差所致,认为低渗透储层比高渗透储层更致密,不应该存在更强的应力敏感性。针对这一观点,从压缩系数的定义出发,分析了岩石孔隙的压缩系数与岩石压缩系数的区别,指出了李教授所采用的岩石压缩系数计算公式存在的问题,进而分析了试验设备是否存在很大系统误差,从而对李教授的观点产生质疑。通过分析认为,低渗透油气储层具有较强的渗透率应力敏感性。由于渗透率是一个功能性参数,因此低渗透储层的强应力敏感性与岩石的性质、结构特征以及流体性质有关,应该从这两方面来考虑储层渗透率的敏感性。低渗储层的应力敏感性一方面与受力后发生介质变形有关,另一方面与微观渗流尺度下储层中流体渗流存在启动压力梯度密切相关。

     

    Abstract: Experimental data shows that low permeability reservoirs are more stress sensitive than high permeability reservoirs,however,Professor Li Chuanliang thinks there are something wrong with the experimental data,which is caused by system errors of the experimental equipments.He thinks that low permeability reservoirs should not be more stress sensitive than high permeability reservoirs,because the rocks of low permeability reservoirs are more compact than that of high permeability reservoirs.This paper had some queries to Professor Li’s viewpoint.The first,rock’s pore compressibility is different from rock pore compressibility;the second,there is a logical error with the rock compressibility formula adopted by Professor Li;the third,system errors of experimental equipment are not as large as Professor Li thought.In addition,permeability is a functional parameter,and it is relative not only to the rock properties but also to the fluid properties.Thus,stress sensitivity can not be estimated simply from the point of view of solid mechanics.
