加密井区油井压裂增产技术

Fracturing stimulate technology of infill well

  • 摘要: 大庆油田采用加密井挖潜剩余油,加密井开发的目的油层多、油层物性差且临近高含水层,油层水层间隔层薄,油层分散且跨距大,使压裂改造具有一定的难度。针对这种情况研究了水平缝的多种平衡保护压裂工艺和桥塞压裂工艺,利用平衡压裂工艺改造临近高含水层的油层,利用桥塞压裂工艺高效改造跨距大的油层。现场应用表明,新研制的水平缝的多种平衡保护压裂工艺能够适应复杂的井况,一趟管柱能压裂3个层段,保护了0.7m以上的隔层;桥塞工艺一趟管柱压裂3个层段,满足大跨距、低替挤压裂要求,最大压裂跨距90 m。加密井区油井压裂增产技术研究与应用为提高大庆油田剩余油动用程度、增加可采储量及油田高含水后期高效经济地开发提供了一套有效的技术支持。

     

    Abstract: Analyzed inadaptability of fracturing technology to infill well,provided a method by using balance protection fracturing technology to produce thin oil layer with high water cut,and bridge fracturing technology to produce large interval thin oil layer.Field experiment shows that balance protection fracturing technology is adapt to complex well condition,and can fracturing 3 layers by one string tripe,protect 2-4 thin layer.Bridge fracturing technology can fracturing 3 layers,can fulfill 90 m interval layer’s fracturing.
