凝灰岩储层压裂液体系的研究与应用

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF FRACTURING FLUID SYSTEM OF TUFF RESERVOIR

  • 摘要: 海拉尔盆地兴安岭群储层物性差,岩性复杂,广泛发育凝灰岩。凝灰岩遇水后迅速膨胀、崩解,压裂施工中在低砂比情况下即产生砂堵,导致施工失败,影响凝灰岩储层的进一步勘探开发。通过分析岩石矿物特征、力学性质及水理特征,分析了压裂施工影响因素。结果表明,压裂液性能是决定施工成败的关键因素。在此基础上研制出一种新型交联乳化压裂液体系。该压裂液体系与凝灰岩配伍性好,滤失低,综合性能优越。现场应用66口井163层,施工成功率达到97%,满足了凝灰岩储层压裂改造的需要。

     

    Abstract: For the bad reservoir properties in Xinganling group of Hailaer basin,it is can’t be produced before stimulation.Xinganling group reservoir has the character of complex lithology,developed sand tuff,expended and disintegrated as soon as encountering water,and sand plug happened at low sand rate usually caused the failure of fracturing operation,It also affecting the further exploration of sand tuff reservoir.Through analysis,and consider that Fracturing Fluid is the key element to decide the result of fracture.The mineral character,rock mechanics property,and hydrolization character of sand tuff were studied in laboratory,a new type of Fracturing Fluid system of cross-linking and emulsify was developed.The result showed that this Fracturing Fluid system has characters of compatible with sand tuff and low loss.Its overall performance was well.The fracturing fluid system has been successfully used in 66 wells and 163 layers,The success ratio was 97 and meets the need for fracture stimulation to sand tuff.
