井筒重力热管传热技术在蒸汽吞吐井中的应用

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF HEAT TRANSFER TECHNOLOGY IN WELLBORE WITH GRAVITY HEAT PIPE AND STEAM SOAKING WELL

  • 摘要: 为寻求经济节能、操作简单、维持稠油在井筒中正常举升的工艺,基于重力热管高效导热原理,提出了井筒热管传热技术。该技术是以热管传热机理为基础,耦合井筒传热原理而形成的复杂传热技术。它不需改变稠油热采油井现有的机抽系统,只是将空心抽油杆进行特殊工艺处理,再进行添加工质、抽空、密封连接制成超长重力热管,最后将重力热管连接在整个井筒机抽系统内,具有井结构简单、无需维护、自行运转等特性。在辽河油田杜84-55-85吞吐井上试验获得成功。结果表明,在无需外加能量前提下,热管依靠井筒深部流体热能,通过高效传热作用,平衡井筒流体温场,提高井筒上部流体温度,延缓了井筒流体温度下降速度,延长了吞吐井的生产时间。该项技术的研究和应用对稠油的节能低耗开采、增加产量具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: To seek for economic,energy saving,easy operating technologies of maintaining normal lifting technology of heavy oil,based on the highly efficient heat conduction characteristic of gravity assisted wickless heat pipe,proposed heat transfer technology of wellbore with gravity assisted wickless heat pipe.This technology is successfully operated in DU84-55-85 steam soaking well in Liaohe Oil field.The result shows that the well bore with heat pipe can use the partial surplus energy of deeper fluid to balance the temperature field of the fluid in the well bore,increase the temperature of the fluid at the upper part of the well bore,delaye the decrease rate of well bore fluid temperature,prolong the production time of steam soaking well.The research and application of this technology is significant to economically product heavy oil and to improve oil production.
