南海流花大位移井水基钻井液技术

TECHNOLOGY OF WATER BASED DRILLING FLUIDS USED IN EXTENDED REACH WELLS AT LIUHUA FIELD

  • 摘要: 为了减少大位移井对油基钻井液的依赖,研制出适用于流花油田大位移井的水基钻井液。通过试验,确定了大位移井各井段的水基钻井液体系配方,并分别对其润滑性、抑制性、流变性等进行了系统评价,同时对如何防止钙侵污染、防漏和防卡几项关键技术进行了研究,给出了发生井漏时所优选的堵漏材料配方。以该油田Li-uhua 11-1-B3 ERW 4井为例,阐述了大位移水平井水基钻井液的现场应用情况。室内评价试验和现场应用表明,设计的KCl/聚合物钻井液不仅具有优良的页岩抑制性,而且流变参数合理、润滑性好、抗钙污染能力强,能够满足该地区钻大位移井的要求。目前,流花油田已形成了具有特色的大位移井水基钻井液成套技术,但随着今后水平位移井的增加和钻井难度的增大,还需要对水基钻井液体系做进一步改进,并应更加重视对油气层的保护。

     

    Abstract: To reduce the application of oil based drilling fluids in extended reach wells,water based drilling fluids was developed for Liuhua Oilfield.The formulation and properties of the drilling fluids used in different intervals of extended reach wells located at the Liuhua Oilfield,South China Sea, are affirmed by large numbers of tests.Several key characteristics,such as lubrication,inhibitive character and rheology,are analysed by the numbers.It is shown from the results of experiments and field tests that the specially designed KCl/polymer drilling fluids not only possess excellent inhibitive character,but also have proper rheological parameters,good lubricate property and strong ability of anti-contamination for calcium ions.Hence,it can meet the requirements for extended reach drilling in this area.Take the horizontal well Liuhua 111-B3 ERW4 as an example,the performance of the trial test is analyzed and some suggestions for the future work of drilling fluids are provided.
