南海流花超大位移井摩阻/扭矩及导向钻井分析

NUMERICAL ANALYSIS OF DOWNHOLE DRAG TORQUE AND ROTARY STEERING SYSTEM FOR LIUHUA MEGA-EXTENDED-REACH WELLS IN SOUTH CHINA SEA

  • 摘要: 大位移井的井眼轨迹比较复杂,为准确地计算实钻井眼中管柱的摩阻/扭矩分布,采用了三维摩阻/扭矩计算模型和软件。文中给出了南海流花油田已钻5口大位移井的钻井与完井数据,并跟踪第5口超大位移井(C1ERW 5井),应用自主研发的摩阻/扭矩数值分析软件,对钻井及下套管作业过程中的摩阻/扭矩分布进行了预测分析,计算结果与实测数据吻合良好。同时,针对流花超大位移井所使用的带PowerDrive系统的底部钻具组合,定量探讨了旋转导向钻井系统的力学特性,并分析了其影响参数导向控制力、钻压、PD翼肋位置对钻头侧向力的影响,计算分析结果表明,通过调整PD翼肋导向控制力的大小和方位,便可有效地控制井眼轨迹。该研究可为后续施工的超大位移井工程提供重要参考。

     

    Abstract: The drilling and completion data of 5 completed mega-extended-wells are listed in this paper,and according to the fifth mega-extended-reach well(C1ERW5),utilizing the autonomously-developed software for numerical analysis of down-hole drag torque,the drag torque during drilling and running casing were predicted and analyzed.The calculation results match well with the actual survey data.Meanwhile,the mechanics behavior of rotary steering system (RSS) was probed into quantitatively according to the RSS used in Liuhua mega-extended-reach well engineering.The calculation results show that the wellbore trajectory can be effectively controlled by adjusting the magnitude and orientation of the control force produced by the RSS.This paper can provide an important reference to the following implementation of other mega-extended-reach wells.
