扶余油田+13-8.2区块深部封窜技术

FAR-OFF-WELLBORE CHANNELING TREATMENT TECHNOLOGY AND ITS APPLICATION IN FUYU OILFIELD

  • 摘要: 针对吉林扶余油田+13-8.2区块注采井间窜流通道发育,水窜现象严重的问题,在对油层条件、生产动态进行综合分析的基础上,提出深部封窜的治理措施。深部封窜技术主要包括:通过油水井间的注采对应关系,找出窜流最严重的水井及层位作为封窜对象;通过对堵剂在地层内推进规律的研究,综合考虑多种因素,建立数学计算模型,以优化堵剂用量,并进行合理施工压力设计。利用该项技术对+13-8.2区块进行了深部封窜方案设计,现场作业后,综合含水降低5.4个百分点,日产油增加了5.1 t,取得了明显的增油降水效果。该项技术的成功应用,对高含水后期存在窜流通道油藏的治理,提供了可行的技术依据和借鉴经验。

     

    Abstract: In order to treat severe water channeling in Fuyu Oilfield,a far-off-wellbore channeling treatment technology was developed,including candidate selection,agent volume calculation and maximum agent injection pressure determination.Candidates were determined through in-detail analysis of injector-producer correlations.based on the laws governing agent mitigation in formation,a new and practical plugging agent volume computation method was established with considering of factors such as oil-water viscosity ratio,relative permeability to oil and water,water cut and formation heterogeneity,a model for plugging agent injection pressure design was also established.The application of this technology in Fuyu Oilfield led to large incremental oil and at the same time water cut was declined,this research indicated great effectiveness in treating water channeling of this technology.
