聚硅悬浮液对有机物堵塞的溶解性能

RESEARCH ON POLISILICON’S SOLVENCY TO ORGANIC MATRIAL BLOCKING

  • 摘要: 油田的先导性试验说明憎水亲油型聚硅材料对低渗注水井有增注作用,为探讨聚硅材料对有机物堵塞的溶解作用,对聚硅材料的性质做局部分析。应用静态和动态溶解试验来考察聚硅悬浮液对有机物的溶解速度,采用溶解比值Kr作为定量分析的参数,动态试验显示的溶解速度比静态试验快,但是溶解比值与静态试验结果接近,证实聚硅材料加快了有机物的溶解速度。应用微观玻璃模型可以直观地证实聚硅悬浮液的溶解作用优于柴油;模拟油层条件的宏观驱替试验则更明显地证明了聚硅悬浮液对有机物的溶解可以提高岩石的渗透率,是增注机理的一个重要组成部分。

     

    Abstract: The pilot experiments in oilfield show that hydrophobic and lipophilic polysilicon is used in some low permeability formation and it is good for enhancing the flooding.In this paper only discusses polysilicon’s solving ability for organic substance’s block,and studies the polysilicon’s properties in part.Static and dynamic experiments can measure the solving rate of organic substance.The ratio of solution Kr used as a parameter for quantify analysis. And in dynamic experiments,it is obvious that the solving rate by polysilicon is faster than diesel oil.But solvency ration is similar with the static state. The micro-observe through glass model can prove directly that polysilicon’s solvency is better than diesel oil.The experiments considering the reservoir enviroment prove that polysilicon’s slovency to organic substance can improve rock’s permeability and it is one of very important part to enhance flooding mechanism.
