防治原油沥青质沉积处理剂的室内评价

EVALUATION OF ADDITIVES ON PREVENT AND REMOVE ASPHALTENE DEPOSITS

  • 摘要: 原油沥青质沉积形成的有机垢是造成油气层损害的主要原因之一,因此对原油中沥青质的沉积采取有效的预防和清除措施是至关重要的。通过自行建立的紫外分光光度计和溶解能力评价方法,筛选出预防油层损害的修井液添加剂正电聚醇以及用于解除已经形成的有机垢损害的添加剂L-01。试验表明,在适当加量下,正电聚醇的抑制率可达到100%,而L-01的相对溶解度可达到80%以上。正电聚醇分子链上的多个羟基具有较强的正电性和比沥青质更强的吸附能力,能够优先吸附在岩石表面上,形成保护层,起到很好的预防沥青质沉积的作用;L-01中的甲苯对沥青质具有很好的溶解能力,并且其中的石油磺酸(或盐酸)还对无机垢具有一定的溶解和解堵能力。

     

    Abstract: Organic scale from asphaltene precipitation is one of main causes of formation damage,Therefore to take some effective prevention and remove measures is very necessary.In this paper,through methods established by writers,positive polyglycol was evaluated and selected as excellent inhibitor with inhibiting efficiency of 100%,and L-01 can be used to remove organic scale with relative solubility of above 80%.Many hydroxyl groups have positive electricity and stronger adsorptive capacity,so positive polyglycol can adsorb on rock surface and form into protective layer.Toluene in L-01 has good solubility to asphaltene,and petroleum sulfonic acid or chlorhydric acid have certain soluble ability to the inorganic scale.
