电缆地层测试物理模拟实验研究

RESEARCH ON PHYSICAL SIMULATION EXPERIMENT OF WIRE-LINE FORMATION TEST

  • 摘要: 合理的测试工作制度是电缆地层测试成功的关键,是目前国内外电缆地层测试中的一项难题。通过分析电缆地层测试过程和影响因素,设计了电缆地层测试工作制度选择的实验方案,针对原油饱和的不同渗透率的岩心,改变测试参数对其进行测试,研究抽汲端压力变化与岩石渗透率、流体黏度、抽汲流量及抽汲时间之间的关系,用以设计合理的测试工作制度。通过推导建立了物理仿真模拟实验一维数学模型,分析对比实验结果与理论计算结果,研究了一维渗流条件下的合理测试工作制度设计方法,由渗流力学知识,可将一维模型转换为三维模型,为国产电缆地层测试器合理测试工作制度设计和解释方法研究提供了指导。

     

    Abstract: Reasonable working system is very important for wire line formation test.Analyzed affecting factor of wire line formation test,designed a experimental program to simulate its testing procedure.Used different working system for diverse oil and different permeability reservoir,recode the pressure data change of core delivery end,and developed linear fluid flow mathematical mode of simulation experiment,compare of simulation results with calculation results,can get perfect working system and interpretation method,Transform linear fluid flow mathematical mode to 3D modeling will provide useful direct for home-made wire-line formation tester research.
