井眼轨迹的平均井眼曲率计算

AVERAGE BOREHOLE CURVATURE CALCULATION OF HOLE TRAJECTORY

  • 摘要: 井眼曲率作为衡量工具造斜能力和评价井身质量的重要指标之一,对实现安全、快速、高效钻井具有重要意义。井眼轨迹上任意点处井眼曲率可以精确计算,但是在现场施工过程中,钻井工程师更为关注的是测量井段内的平均井眼曲率,而不是各离散测点处的井眼曲率。为此,系统地阐述了4种弯曲角计算公式的来源,并指出其中的2种计算公式是完全等价的,而另外2种是近似计算公式。在此基础上,通过典型的井眼轨迹模型,对2种计算方法进行了理论分析和算例验证,推荐出了测量井段内平均井眼曲率的计算方法,该方法完全符合井眼轨迹的空间圆弧模型,可以得到其精确的平均井眼曲率,同时对于其它的井眼轨迹模型,在理论分析和计算结果上都显示出了很好的科学性及合理性。

     

    Abstract: Borehole curvature is one of significant index to evaluate angle build-up capacity and wellbore quality,is very important to realize safety,speedily and efficiently drilling.The wellbore curvature of any point on hole trajectory can be calculated exactly,but more concern were focus on average curvature for drilling engineer.Introduced four calculate method of bending angle,tow of which are completely equivalent and the other two are similar.Recommend average curvature calculate method,from which can get exact average curvature,it has well scientific and rationality.
