抽油杆弹性振动规律在油井诊断技术上的应用

摘要: 有杆抽油方式普遍存在抽油杆的弹性振动问题。由于抽油杆柱是弹性体,在抽汲运动过程中,当受到自身的惯性负荷与液柱的惯性负荷的影响时,必然引起弹性振动,这种弹性振动规律可以通过示功图表现出来。为此,研究了抽油杆弹性振动规律和泵工作状况的内在联系,提出了利用弹性振动规律来分析示功图及计算抽汲速度、泵挂深度和断脱深度等参数的方法。Abstract: There is elastic vibration for all rod pumping well because of rod mass loading and fluid mass loading, those elastic vibration rule can be showed by indicator diagram. Studied the relationship of elastic vibration of rod and working conditions of pump, proposed a method to analyze indicator diagram, calculate parameters such as swab rate, depth of plunger and depth of break by elastic vibration rule.
