PG树胶接枝改性试验研究

LABORATORY RESEARCH ON THE GRAFTING MODIFICATION OF PG TREE GUM

  • 摘要: PG树胶的主要成分是天然杂多糖苷,以其为起始原料加工油田化学品的研究已在石油工业界受到重视。与广泛用作石油压裂液增稠剂的植物种子胶相比,树胶具有在空气中不易发酵降解的优良特性,因此很适用于循环工作的钻井液中。以国产PG树胶为原料,通过接枝改性,制备了接枝改性样品,分析了反应条件(如反应温度、反应时间和反应物配比)对改性样品在钻井液中的增黏、降滤失性能的影响,采用正交试验和极差分析法优选出了适宜的改性反应条件。对PG树胶及其接枝改性样品在钻井液中具有的增黏、降滤失、润滑滤饼、抑制黏土水化膨胀等性能进行了室内评价。试验表明,PG树胶接枝改性样品可提高钻井液性能,具有很好的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Tree gum is mainly composed of natural heteropolysaccharide glycoside. And many researches were developed to made oilfield chemistry by it. Compared with bean gum of fracturing thickening agent, tree gum has better performance of fermentation resistance, so it is quite suitable to apply in the circulative drilling fluid. Based on home-made tree gum, a modification sample of PG tree gum was made through graft method. Analyzed its effect on viscosity and filtration property to drilling fluid at different reaction conditions, such as reaction temperature, time and mass ratio, optimized reaction conditions by orthogonal tests and error analysis. Finally, some performances of PG tree gum and its derivative PG-2 gum in drilling fluids were tested in laboratory, su ch as viscosity enhancing, filtration reducing, lubricating mudcake and inhibiting hydration and swelling of clay.
