ANTIFRICTION TOOL AND ITS APPLICATION

  • 摘要: 减小井下摩阻是大位移井钻井中的一个重要技术问题,使用减摩工具是解决这一问题的有效途径。重点介绍了非旋转钻杆护箍(NRDPP)的结构、降扭减摩机理、使用方法和注意事项以及应用效果,对其它几种减摩工具,如钻杆轴承短节、DSTR短节、低扭矩钻杆的结构和特点仅作了简单介绍,对使用和研究该类工具有借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: Decrease of friction is very important technique question in extended reach well drilling, and application of antifriction tool is the effective way to settle this question. This study introduces the construction, mechanism of reduce torque and antifriction, application method, announcement items and application effect of the non rotational drill pipe protector (NRDPP) especially. We introduce the structure and characteristic of the torque drill pipe, DSTR nipple joint, lower torque drill pipe simply.
