抗高温清洁压裂液的性能研究

STUDY ON PROPERTIES OF CLEAN FRACTURING FLUID WITH TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE

  • 摘要: 清洁压裂液不会伤害地层岩缝,符合绿色环保的要求。研究了几种清洁压裂液的配方,在实验室内用ZNN-D6旋转黏度计测定了它们在不同温度下的表观黏度。实验测出GPP+NaCl、GPP+KCl、GPP+C7H5O3Na压裂液体系均能在常压、120℃的高温下表现出较好的表观黏度,具有良好的实用价值。

     

    Abstract: The clean fracturing fluid may not be harmful to cracks of rocks, and meet demands of environmental protection. Some prescriptions of clean fracturing fluid has been discussed in this paper. Their apparent viscosities are measured by ZNN-D6 rotation viscosimeter in different temperatures in laboratory. The systems of GPP+NaCl,GPP+KCl and GPP+C7H5O3Na have shown good properties of about 20.0 mPa·s at 120℃, and can be extensively used.
