赫-巴模式水力参数设计与计算

DESIGN AND CALCULATION OF HYDRAULIC PARAMETER OF HERSCHEL-BULKLEY MODE

  • 摘要: 目前水力参数的计算需要进行流变模式的选择,才能更好地计算出循环压耗,这是钻头水力参数设计与计算的基础。笔者认为采用赫-巴模式进行水力参数的设计比宾汉模式、幂律模式更加简便和准确。在给出用赫-巴流体准确求解循环压耗的基础上,以最大钻头水功率的工作方式为依据,设计出最优的水力路线,以此来优选钻井水力参数和各种喷嘴尺寸。最后通过计算实例和编制的程序对宾汉模式、幂律模式和赫-巴模式进行了分析对比,并对计算结果进行了讨论。实例验证表明,文中的设计方法可满足钻井工程的需要,对指导现场钻井有重要的意义。

     

    Abstract: At present, the calculation of the hydraulic parameter needs select the rheological model so as to compute the circulating pressure drawdown accurately, and it is the basis of design and calculation of bit hydraulic parameter. We think design the hydraulic parameter by adopt Herschell-Bulkley mode is more simple and accurate than Bingham mode and Power law mode. Based on given the exact resolution of circulating pressure drawdown calculated by Herschell-Bulkley mode, the optimum hydraulic route is designed by the foundation of maximum bit hydraulic power working method. And through this selects optimized hydraulic parameters and various nozzle dimensions. Comparing the Herschell-Bulkley mode with Bingham mode and Power law mode by the calculation example and the developed program the calculation results is discussed. The example shows that the design method in this study satisfies drilling engineering needs.
