中石油深井钻井技术现状与面临的挑战

STATUS QUO AND FACED CHALLENGES OF DEEP WELL DRILLING TECHNIQUES OF PETROCHINA

  • 摘要: 深井、超深井钻井技术是一个国家钻井技术发展水平的标志。美国和欧洲的深井钻井技术水平一直处于世界领先水平。中石油近年来在深井机械钻速、钻井周期、单井钻头用量等方面都取得了很大进步,同时在深井钻井装备上也有了很大发展。但是同世界先进水平相比,中石油在复杂深井钻井水平方面还有很大差距。近年来中石油在塔里木却勒和迪那、玉门窟窿山、四川川东、新疆霍尔果斯等复杂深井钻井过程中遭遇了世界性的难题。突出表现在山前高陡构造和逆掩推覆体防斜打快问题、塔里木却勒地层卡层不准引起的缩径卡钻和迪那窄密度窗口压差卡钻问题、四川恶性井漏的防治问题、新疆南缘地区的地应力复杂、地层破碎、异常高压等。针对这些问题提出了相应的解决方法,给同类地层的钻探指明了方向。

     

    Abstract: The drilling technique of deep well and ultradeep well is a symbol of a national drilling technique standard. The American and European’s drilling technique of deep well is always in the lead of the world. Recently, the penetration rate of deep well, drilling cycle and bit consumed per well etc. of Petrochina obtains the great progress, at the same time, it also has great development on the deep well drilling unit. Compared with the advanced level in world, Petrochina still has the very big margin in the complicated deep well drilling level. In recent years Petrochina suffered the world hard nut to crack in complicated deep well drilling process in Quele and Dina Tarimu, Yumen Kulongshan, the east of Sichuan and Xinjiang Huoerguosi etc. The outstanding expression is prevention deviation and quick drilling in hill foot high dip angle structure and over thrust body, and inaccurate identification of geologic strata in Tarimu Quele which causes sticking due to borehole shrinkage, and narrow safe mud density window that leads to differential sticking problem in Dina, and prevention malignant lost circulation in Sichuan, and complex in-situ stress, formation fractured and abnormal pressure etc. in south edge of Xinjiang. This study presents the appropriate solution for these problems, and shows off the ways drilling the same kind geologic strata.
