MEASUREMENT WHILE DRILLING, LOGGING WHILE DRILLING AND LOGGING INSTRUMENT

  • 摘要: 随钻测量(MWD)、随钻测井(LWD)和先进的录井工具是国际钻井高技术的重要组成部分,应用这些高技术产品可提高大位移井、高难度水平井的工程控制能力和地层评价能力,提高油层的钻遇率。详细介绍了MWD的测量原理、基本结构、传输通道、采集仪器(传感器)、井下电源、地面系统、应用方法;在此基础上,介绍了LWD的几种地质参数测量传感器和录井传感器的典型结构和功能。认识、了解和掌握MWD/LWD系统的功能、特性和典型结构,对使用好和研究开发此类高新技术工具具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: Measurement While Drilling (MWD), Logging While Drilling (LWD) and advanced logging instruments is the important components of the international drilling high technique. The application of these high technology productions can improve the engineering controlling capability and the formation evaluation capability of extended-well and high difficulty horizontal well, and improve the drilling meeting efficiency of oil reservoirs. This paper will introduce the MWD in detail, including its measuring principle, basic construction, transmission channel, collecting instrument, downhole power, surface system, application method etc. It also introduces typical structure and function of several geological parameter measurement sensors and logging sensors in LWD at the former base. Knowing, understanding and mastering the function, characteristic and typical structure of MWD/LWD systems is important for properly usage and inventing these high and new technology instruments.
