高压旋转射流解除井下防砂管柱的堵塞

REMOVING THE BLOCKAGE OF SLOTTED TUBINGS WITH HIGH PRESSURE ROTARY WATER JET

  • 摘要: 在油田开发过程中,防止油层出砂是维持油田正常生产的一项关键技术措施。对于出砂严重的油水井,即使采取了机械或化学防砂措施,也不能保证油水井长期稳产,此时必须提出防砂管柱进行更换。介绍了一种新开发的旋转射流解除井下防砂管堵塞技术,在设计整套井下旋转射流解堵装置的基础上,对喷头旋转速度-流体压力关系、喷嘴冲击特性等进行了室内试验,并在完全模拟防砂管工作条件下,利用样机进行了实际解堵试验。现场10多口井的试验结果表明,该技术切实可行,效果显著,具有良好的经济和社会效益。

     

    Abstract: To prevent sands production is one of the critical operations in the loose reservoirs. Generally, it is not enough to take mechanical or chemical sand-prevention methods for those high sand production wells, resulting in replacing the sand-prevention tubings. This paper presents a novel technology to use high pressure rotary water jet to remove the blockage of slotted tubings downhole. We designed the blockage-removing tool, and had experiments about the relationships between its rotary speed and pump pressure, the nozzle’s impacting force etc. In addition, we simulated the tool’s performance under practical conditions. The field application on over 10 wells proved this technology feasibility and effectiveness.
