水基泡沫段塞分层转向作用及其应用

WATER BASE FOAM SLUG DIVERTING ZONAL SEPARATION AND ITS APPLICATION

  • 摘要: 为解决裸眼完井或井下情况较为复杂(如套管变形)、地层非均质性强、层间矛盾突出的长井段实施储层酸化时,无法应用工具卡封分层的问题,国外通过室内研究与现场实践,提出应用水基泡沫段塞的转向作用进行分层,可收到良好的效果。介绍了水基泡沫段塞的分层机理、技术要点、现场应用情况及应用效果。现场应用表明,该技术不但分层效果明显,而且具有操作简单、易于控制、成本低等优点,可进一步推广应用。对长井段进行酸化转向是一种行之有效的方法。

     

    Abstract: In open hole completion or long interval acidizing with complicated downhole conditions such as casing deformation and formation non-homogeneity, no specific tools can be used for zonal separation. Water base foam slug was used to solve this problem in foreign countries by using the diverting effect of the foam slug, and good result was achieved. The zonal separation mechanism, technical keys, field using and application results were presented in this paper, and it showed that besides the remarkable zonal separation effect, this technology also has such advantages as easy operation and control, low cost, good application potential, and it is an effective way for long interval acidizing.
