膨胀珍珠岩水泥浆体系在长庆油田的应用

APPLICATION OF SWELLING PERLITE CEMENT SLURRY IN CHANGQING OILFIELD

  • 摘要: 为了预防洛河层水对油气井套管的腐蚀、提高油井使用寿命、解决易漏失和封固段长等技术难题,满足低成本开发的需要,提出使用加量少、价格相对便宜的外掺料膨胀珍珠岩来配制低密度水泥浆体系。对膨胀珍珠岩物理性能、化学成分进行了分析,并做了大量室内试验,确定了膨胀珍珠岩低密度水泥浆体系配方及性能参数,并在顺宁区块进行了5口井的现场试验。现场应用表明,该水泥浆体系性能稳定,水泥石抗压强度可满足现场施工要求,水泥浆体系成本明显低于其它体系成本,有较好的推广应用前景。

     

    Abstract: To control casing corrosions caused by interlayer water and expand oil well life, and solve the technical problems of easy lost circulation and long isolation section, a new cementing system needs to be developed. Based on the analyzing of physical characteristics and chemical compositions of the swelling perlite, and a lot of laboratory tests, a lightweight perlite cement slurry system was developed. Field applications showed its stable performances, high compression strength, low cost and wide application prospect.
