盐岩蠕变三维数值模拟计算方法及应用

NUMERICAL CALCULATION METHOD AND ITS APPLICATION OF THE SALT ROCK 3-AXIAL CREEPING

  • 摘要: 盐岩层在蠕动、变形过程中,对套管产生非均匀外挤力,造成盐岩层套管损坏。中原油田盐岩层厚度为50~200m。统计结果表明,文13东块套损发生在盐岩层的井占油田套损井总数的37%。为从根本上解决盐岩层中套管损坏问题,必须对盐岩层的蠕变速度、位移量等进行定量研究。通过盐岩的三轴蠕变试验,建立了盐岩变形的本构关系,给出了在盐岩蠕变计算中所使用的具体的理论公式、数值计算方法。采用控制容积法,通过模拟实际地层情况,得出纵向油藏剖面盐岩层的蠕变速度、位移量、应力场及套管所承受的横向推挤力分布规律。文13东油藏计算结果表明,作用在套管柱上的横向推挤压力随着盐膏层蠕变速度的增加而增加,尤其表现在盐岩层边界部位,这些部位是剪切应力的集中区,是套管柱极易发生错断的部位。此项研究成果可用于钻遇盐岩层时调整钻井参数、套管柱的工程设计、套损井防治等多项油田开发工程中。

     

    Abstract: The salt formations will generation a nonuniform external squeeze stress when it is creeping and deforming, it can make the cases damaged. The salt formations depth of ZhongYuan Oilfield is from 50 to 200 meters. Statistical result showed that the location of damaged case in salt formations has reached 37% in total damaged case wells in Wen 13 oil field. In order to solve the problem from radical, the salt formations creeping velocity and displacement must be quantitative researched. Based on the salt rock 3-axial creeping experiment, established the salt formations deforming a stress-strain relationship, it also gived the theoretical formula and numerical calculation method, which used in specific calculation.The research adopts control-volume method, the creeping velocity and displacement and stress field and cases horizontal squeeze stress distribution rule of elevation oil reservoir profile of the salt formations are set up by simulation actual formation circumstances.Wen 13 east oil reservoir elevation profile the salt formations, creeping velocity is increasing with buried depth,thickness and dip angle; the creeping velocity of the salt formations, direction is upward as a rule or along the rock’s updip direction; the creeping direction of up covered rock and all round rock is down usually or along the rock’s downdip direction; creeping velocity of the salt formations near the fault place is greater than other place.The results are useful for adjust drilling parameter in creep formations and design the casing string and prevent the cases from damaging etc many field development engineering.
