可循环微泡沫钻井液在海坨子地区的应用

APPLICATION OF RECYCLABLE MICRO-FOAM DRILLING FLUID IN HAITUOZI AREA

  • 摘要: 吉林油田海坨子地区,青二加三段,存在着诱导裂缝及应力释放裂缝,有些裂缝比较发育,钻井施工过程中易出现钻井液严重漏失和井壁垮塌问题,不仅严重阻碍了该地区勘探开发,而且对油藏造成严重的伤害。为了解决这些问题,采用了适合该地区地层结构特点、具有防漏作用、能够保护储层的微泡沫钻井液体系。该体系具有密度低、成本低、抑制性和携屑性好、易于维护等优点。为了加快可循环微泡沫钻井液配制速度,还自行研制出一种发泡促进工具,提高了可循环微泡沫钻井液配制速度,缩短了配制时间。该钻井液体系在海坨子地区现场应用中未出现井壁剥落掉块和垮塌等井下复杂情况,有效地解决了该地区钻深探井严重漏失的问题,也为低压油藏的钻井施工提供了一种新的钻井液技术。

     

    Abstract: In Haituozi area of Jiling Oilfield, inducing fractures and stress releasing fractures exist, and some of the fractures are well developed. Severe drilling fluid lost circulations and hole collapses are frequently taking place during drilling in this area, which not only impedes the exploration and development but also causes severe formation damages. Based on these problems and the formation structures in this area, a type of micro-foam drilling fluid with such advantages as low density, low cost, good inhibition and cuttings transportation, and easy field maintenance, etc. is applied therefore, and a foam-facilitating equipment is self-developed to enhance the field batching of the recyclable micro-foam drilling fluid, which effectively shortened the batching time needed. In field application of this drilling fluid system in Haituozi area, no sloughing or hole collapsing were encountered, and the severe lost circulations were eliminated effectively. In addition, this drilling fluid technology is also a new alternative for developing the low pressured reservoirs.
