抽油机示功图无线测试技术

WIRELESS TESTING TECHNIQUE OF INDICATOR DIAGRAM OF PUMPING UNIT

  • 摘要: 抽油机示功图测试仪是了解井下采油泵工作状况的一个重要工具。以往抽油机示功图测试仪大都采用有线连接方式测试示功图。针对有线方式存在的缺陷,利用无线通信技术,开发出无线便携式抽油机井示功图测试仪。详细介绍了便携式抽油机井示功图无线测试技术。现场应用结果表明该技术有着广泛的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Indicator Diagram Tester is an important tool to understand lifting pump status. The former tester mostly has the wire connection to test indicator diagram. Facing on the obstacles of wire style, the research used wireless communication technique and developed the wireless and portable indicator diagram tester. The article introduced this testing technique in detail. And the applications showed it had the prospective future.
