快凝早强油井水泥在煤层气固井中的应用

APPLICATION OF FAST SOLIDIFICATION EARLY STRENGTH CEMENT IN COALBED METHANE CEMENTING

  • 摘要: 针对煤层气田井浅、井底温度低、使用油井水泥固井凝固时间长、流动性差、现场操作不便等诸多问题,研究并开发了快凝早强油井水泥。该体系不仅具有低温下稠化凝结时间短、抗压强度高、微膨胀、综合性能优等优点,而且与常用的油井水泥添加剂配伍性好,同时使用较少量的外加剂,就可以调节出性能符合要求的水泥浆,固井质量高。经40余口井现场应用,固井优良率74.2%,合格率100%。

     

    Abstract: Due to the shallow hole depth and low bottom hole temperature in coalbed methane wells, conventional oil well cement cannot meet the cementing requirements because of its long solidification time, poor flowability, and inconvenient site operation, etc., thus a type of fast solidification and early strength cement is developed aiming to solve these problems. Cement slurry made by this cement achieves stable performance and short solidification time, and fully meet the requirement of wire logging. Field using in over 40 wells showed that it has improved the cementing excellence rate to 74.2% and all the wells are qualified.
