Abstract: With the deepening of exploration and development in Shengli Oilfield, the original formation pressure tiers have been damaged, while new wells become deep and deep to meet the requirements of exploration and development. More and more deep exploratory wells, high pressure exploratory wells, exploratory wells with long isolation intervals and of extreme difficulties are drilled, and the downhole conditions become more and more complex, thus more and more factors may affect the cementing quality of exploratory wells; on the other side, requirements on cementing quality of exploratory wells become more and more strict. The main factors affecting exploratory well cementing quality were investigated, and aimed at solving the cementing problems in exploratory well drilling in Shengli Oilfield, a set of cementing technology was developed based on the cementing techniques and cement slurry technology, and was successfully applied in Shengli Oilfield.
