长庆苏里格气田天然气欠平衡钻井实践

UNDER BALANCED DRILLING PRACTICES IN SULIGE GAS FIELD OF CHANGQING

  • 摘要: 苏里格气田压力系数低,平均渗透率低,丰度低,产量低,是典型的"四低"气田。针对该气田的储层特征,长庆石油勘探局从1999年开始进行以天然气为循环介质打开储层的钻井技术研究。通过对地层出水预测、地层稳定性、最佳注气参数等几方面的研究,得出了井壁坍塌压力梯度模式、钻头选型方法等,并在陕242、苏35- 18井和苏39- 14- 1井、苏39- 14- 4井进行了试验,试验数据表明,机械钻速大幅度提高,苏35- 18井的钻速达到18m/h,是邻井的9倍多,苏39- 14- 4井的天然气钻进井段为1092m,是迄今为止天然气钻进井段最长的井。通过研究与试验,初步形成了地层出水、稳定性评价、井眼净化技术以及天然气钻井HSE文件。

     

    Abstract: Sulige gas field features low formation pressure coefficient, low average permeability, low abundance and low production rate. Based on such reservoir characteristics, under balanced drilling technology began to be applied in this area from 1999, and natural gas was used as the drill in circulation medium when drilling the pay zone. Research work was conducted on such aspects as prediction of formation water production, formation stability, and optimum gas injection parameters, and a model of borehole collapsing gradient pressure, as well as a bit selection method was established based on which. This natural gas UBD technology was field tested in Shan242, Su35-18, Su39-14-1 and Su39-14-4, and the tests results showed that the penetration rate was dramatically improved, in which the ROP of Su35-18 reached 18 m/h, which is over 9 times than that of the offset well; the natural gas drilling interval of Su39-14-4 reached 1092 m, and it’s the longest hole interval drilling with natural gas. In general, such technologies as formation water production prediction, formation stability evaluation, hole cleaning and HSE procedures for natural gas drilling were preliminary formed.
