射孔-测试-酸化联作工艺应用与分析

COMBINED PROCESS OF APPLICATION AND ANALYSIS OF PERFORATING, TESTING AND ACIDIZING

  • 摘要: 针对高含泥质、钙质地层完井和改造作业周期长、储层易受压井液污染问题,开发了射孔-测试-酸化联作工艺。该工艺利用一次联作管柱完成射孔、测试、挤酸3项作业。现场应用表明,该工艺提高了完井和地层改造施工效率,避免了压井液对储层的伤害。为拓展该工艺的适用范围和条件,针对以往施工工艺存在的问题,相应地设计了几种射孔-测试-酸化联作管柱和施工方案。

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the problems of high mud content, long period for well completion and modification in calcium formation, and well control fluid easily damaging formation, the article developed this combined process with perforating, testing and acidizing. This process utilizes combined pipe string to realize perforating, testing and acidizing operation in one time. Site application shows that it promotes efficiency of well completion and formation modification, and avoids the formation damages from well control fluid. For expanding its applicable range and circumstance, aimed to the experience of construction process, the study designs several kinds of combined pipe string and construction plan of perforating, testing and acidizing.
