二通阀回液控制式信号发生器非线性状态方程

NONLINEAR STATE EQUATION OF THE HYDRAULIC PULSER CONTROLLED BY ON-OFF PILOT VALVE

  • 摘要: 以二通先导阀回液控制式液压信号发生器液压系统工作原理为基础,根据升降压2个阶段的不同工作特点,分别建立了相应分系统的流量连续方程和阀芯动态受力平衡方程;以流量和先导阀开度为控制输入,以主阀的位移、速度为状态变量建立了2个阶段的非线性状态方程;实例仿真计算表明,在相同参数情况下,该类型液压脉冲信号发生器的脉冲速率比文献1描述的信号发生器的脉冲速率高出2倍左右,具有显著的优越性。

     

    Abstract: Based on the principle of the hydraulic system of the signal producer controlled by on-off pilot valve set in the return flow channel, and according to the different working characteristic of pressure rising and falling phases, the dynamic equilibrium equations of flow flux and the valve’s dynamic equilibrium equations of force about the two subsystem are established. Farther more, by choosing the pilot valve’s opening degree and import flow flux as the control variables, by choosing the main valve’s opening degree and velocity as the variables of state, the nonlinear equations of state of the two phases are also presented. By a simulating calculation, it is indicated that in the case of same parameters, the pulse rate produced by the hydraulic pulser is 2 times higher that described in the reference1, and this shows its remarkable advantages.
