热采井RCY-1液凝调剖剂

FLUID GELLING PROFILE CONTROL AGENT RCY-1 IN HEAT PRODUCTION WELL

  • 摘要: 单家寺稠油油藏胶结疏松,油井采用绕丝筛管防砂投产,无法实现分层注汽;随着蒸汽吞吐轮次的增加,层内层间非均质加剧,汽窜、水淹严重。介绍了适合单家寺稠油油藏、耐温350℃、可治理汽窜和水淹的液凝调剖剂的室内研究和现场试验情况。RCY-1液凝调剖剂适用温度200~350℃,成胶时间12~2.5h,抗压强度大于1.33MPa,可以实现深部封堵。现场试验2口井,有效地抑制了汽窜、降低了含水,11个月累计增油1569t,达到了单家寺油田高轮次吞吐后期封窜堵水的要求。

     

    Abstract: The thick oil reservoirs in Chanjiasi are located in loose unconsolidated formation, and oil wells are put into production with wired screen pipe, which is unavailable for zonal steam injection. With the increasing of circulation turns, the zonal inhomogeneity becomes remarkable and such problems as steam channeling and water flooding get more severe. A fluid gelling profile control agent RCY - 1 of 350℃ temperature tolerance is developed, which is suitable of removing steam channeling and water flooding in the thick oil reservoirs; its laboratory test and field using are described. RCY - 1 has a applying temperature range between 200~350℃, gel forming time of 12~2.5h, pressure resistance of higher than 1.33MPa, and can be used for deep plugging. It was used in two wells with remarkable benefits achieved, and a total of 1569 tons of oil was increased.
