南海西江大位移井钻头选型技术研究

STUDY ON DRILL BIT SELECTIONS FOR XIJIANG EXTENDED-REACH WELLS IN SOUTH CHINA SEA

  • 摘要: 优选出与钻进地层相适应的钻头,无论对安全钻井还是对钻井总成本的控制都具有重要的意义。应用效益指数法对研究区块钻头进行初选,然后结合地层岩石力学参数评价结果优选出与地层相适应的钻头。编制了地层抗钻特性评价及钻头选型软件。利用该软件对西江24-1油田测井资料进行处理,优选出了西江大位移井各层段钻头型号。研究结果表明,该方法简单有效,适合现场应用。

     

    Abstract: In this article, the evaluation results of rock mechanics parameters of XJ24-1 oil field are given by operations on Software for Rock Mechanics Analysis and Drill Bit Selections based on the electrical logging data as input. The anti-drilling characteristics of the formations is illustrated with the help of the above results, which shows rock strength and abrasiveness increasing with hole depth and the formation is difficult to be drilled. Base on the analysis, several appropriate drill bit types are recommended for drilling into the formations in XJ24- 1 oil field and are of good performances while drilling into the extended -reach wells in this oil field.
