螺杆泵井光杆受力法工况诊断技术

DIAGNOSIS OF THE PRODUCTION SYSTEM FROM THE LOAD BORNE BY THE POLISHED ROD

  • 摘要: 地面驱动螺杆泵采油系统通过井口光杆连接抽油杆向井下泵传递动力,光杆承受着垂向拉力和扭矩,受力状况复杂,螺杆泵采油系统的工况在光杆受力上必然有一定反映。通过建立光杆受力测试系统,可以实时测试螺杆泵油井在起动、运行和停机过程中光杆所承受的垂向拉力和扭矩。研究了测试数据与螺杆泵采油系统工况的对应关系,对典型工况的诊断方法进行了分析,包括:抽油杆断脱、定子磨损、油管漏、泵和油管脱、扭矩偏大等。通过对油田数百井次诊断,诊断结果正确率高于90%,说明通过光杆受力监测和分析实现螺杆泵井工况诊断是一项值得深入研究的技术。

     

    Abstract: When the screw pump works,the power is transferred to the pump dipped in the well by the polished and sucker rod from the ground,so the load and torque borne by the rod should reflect the working condition of the production system.Firstly,we make a testing system to monitor the load and torque on the rod at a real time.Then we analyze the corresponding relation between the testing data and the working condition of the production system.From the result of diagnosis,we can see this theory is quite true and the successful rate can reach to 90%.At last,we make a program of the working condition diagnosis based on this diagnosis theory.
