硅酸盐钻井液体系的研究与应用

RESEARCH ADVANCES IN SILICATE-BASED DRILLING FLUIDS AND THEIR APPLICATIONS

  • 摘要: 硅酸盐钻井液被普遍认为是最具发展前景的水基钻井液体系之一。为更好地解决井壁失稳的问题,近年来,国内外一些研究机构将研究开发重点转向具有良好防塌性能,不污染环境,材料费用低等优点的硅酸盐钻井液体系。着重阐述了硅酸盐模数、加量、有机处理剂的类型、pH值等因素对硅酸盐钻井液体系性能的影响。同时,对一种优质硅酸盐钻井液——SILDRIL体系的组成、性能及现场应用情况进行了讨论,为今后进一步应用好该体系提供了经验。

     

    Abstract: At present,the silicate based drilling fluids are generally considered to be one of the most prospective water based drilling fluid systems.Domestic and international research findings on silicate based drilling fluids are summarized in this paper.The effect of silicate content,types of organic additives,pH values and the silicate ratio(SiO2:Na2O) on the properties of silicate based drilling fluids is elaborated emphatically.Meanwhile,a newly developed silicate based drilling fluid——the SILDRIL system is discussed in detail,including its formulation,properties and applications.Therefore,this article will pave the way for better application of silicate-based drilling fluid.
