纤维水泥改善固井质量研究

STUDY OF THE CEMENT IMPROVING CEMENTING QUALITY

  • 摘要: 随着钻井地质条件的日趋复杂,钻井新技术不断发展,对固井技术的要求日益提高,同时固井质量问题也越来越突出。进行了固井质量的影响因素分析,提出了提高固井质量的措施,并针对性地进行了纤维水泥浆体系研究,分析了纤维改善固井质量的机理。研究结果表明,随着纤维产量的增加,水泥石的体积收缩率减少,最大相对体积收缩率下降了38.3%;纤维的加入可以有效地提高水泥石的界面胶结强度,且存在最佳掺量。本试验条件下,纤维的最佳掺量为0.05%~0.075%。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing complexity of drilling geological conditions and progressive developments in new drilling technologies,requirements for cement technology have increasingly notable and problems related with cement job quality have also been highlighted.This paper presents some methods to improve cement quality after analyzing influential factors of cement job quality;meanwhile,the paper does some research on the fiber cement slurry system and analyzes the mechanism of improving cement job quality.The results show that:the alter of volumetric shrinkage decreases with the increase of fiber content added in cement,the maximum relative volumetric shrinkage decreases by 38.3%.The adding of fiber can improve the alter of interface cementing strength effectively,and there exists an optimum amount of fiber added.Under this experimental condition,the optimum content of fiber ranges from 0.05% to 0.075%.
