中原油田?101.6mm尾管延迟固井技术

ZHONGYUAN OILFIELD ?101.6MM LINER DELAYED-SETTING CEMENTING TECHNOLOGY

  • 摘要: 中原油田是一个复杂的断块油气田,油藏埋藏深,压力高,盐层厚,套管损坏非常严重,套损井占生产井总数的23.2%。为使损坏井重新发挥作用,实施了下?101.6mm尾管的固井完井方法。由于小套管国内尚无固井质量评价方法,为了正确评价固井质量,在中原油田全尺寸实验井中采用了完全模拟现场注水泥方法。通过地面模拟试验研究和现场施工对比验证,找出了小间隙双层套管固井质量的评价方法和控制质量的措施,认为检验套管和尾管回插、优选水泥浆配方、加焊扶正块等措施是提高固井一次成功率和固井合格率的根本保障。经过现场4口

     

    Abstract: Zhongyuan Oilfield owns deep production zone,higher pressure,thicker salt and alkaline layer and the casing failure is very serious.According to the statistics,the casing failure well accounts for 23.2% of all production well,this situation has seriously damaged the oilfield oil output growth.In order to make the casing failure well reproduce,the oilfield took the ?101.6mm liner cementing completion method,but now there still isn’t proper evaluation method for small casing cementing in China.For evaluating the cementing quality correctly,a complete simulating well-site cementing method was taken in Zhongyuan Oilfield experiment well.By the surface simulation test research and site cementing operation comparison verification,the small tolerance double casing cementing quality evaluation method and quality control measures have been found,i.e.casing verification liner reinsert,premium cement slurry,centralizer piece welding on casing,etc.are concrete guarantee for improving once cementing successful rate and cementing qualified rate,Though 4 times well applications,the cementing qualified rate reached 100%,excellent cementing interval reached 71.2%,the oil production and water pouring effects are both well.
