碳酸盐岩深井建平1井井眼轨迹控制技术

WELL TRAJECTORY CONTROL TECHNOLOGY OF A DEEP WELL DRILLED IN CARBONATE SALT-JIANPING-1

  • 摘要: 建平1井是江汉油田在碳酸盐岩地层部署的第1口开发试验水平气井。介绍了建平1井的概况,分析了目的层薄、地质情况不确定、摩阻和扭矩大、井眼轨迹不易控制等技术难题。针对实钻轨迹控制过程中水平钻进滑动困难,采取改变钻具组合方式,实现了地质导向目的,摸索出一套由高效能钻头+单弯螺杆+MWD+欠尺寸扶正器组成的能提高钻井速度的钻具组合系统。同时,重点对着陆控制和水平控制做了进一步介绍,为碳酸盐岩深井水平气井钻探提供了经验。

     

    Abstract: Well Jianping-1 is the first test horizontal gas well drilled in the carbonate salt formation of Jianghan Oilfield.The general condition of this well was presented,based on the analysis to such problems as thin target zone,uncertain geological condition,high friction and torque,and difficulties for trajectory control.During hole trajectory control,due to the difficulties of horizontal sliding drilling,BHA types were modified to obtain the aim of geological steering.Specifically,a set of BHA composed of a high efficient bit,a single bent screw motor,MWD system,and under-gauge stabilizers was used to improve penetration rate;while it also focused on landing control and horizontal control.These experience is beneficial for drilling the deep horizontal gas wells in the carbonate salt bed.
