Abstract: The oily sludge is one of important pollution during production of an oilfield.Henan Oilfield products about 5×104m3 oily sludge every year.To turn waste to treasure by recycling low-cost oily sludge,Henan Oilfield introduced a new technology,that is,change the oily sludge into a kind of viscous profile controlling agent through chemical treatment,and use the agent to conduct profile control in water injection wells.After pilot in three wells,they treated 3216m3 oily sludge,and increased 700t oil in the corresponding oil wells and sets up 131.83×104 yuan economic benefit,and the ratio of input and output is 1:3.6.This shows that profile control of oily sludge has better solved the problem contamination of oily sludge.It has definite economic benefit.
