油井套管损坏动力学机制研究

DYNAMICAL MECHANICS OF CASING DEFORMATION

  • 摘要: 油井套管损坏是影响油田正常生产的难题之一。分析了油井套管损坏的地质环境,指出在塑性岩层、断层、地壳活动、地震活动及油层出砂等地质环境中易造成油井的套管损坏。套管动力学条件的改变是油井套管损坏的主要原因,构造动力学环境控制非构造动力学环境,非构造动力学环境变化对套管周围动力学环境的改变更为敏感,因此油井套管损坏主要是构造和非构造动力学环境、强度发生变化而造成的。

     

    Abstract: Casing deformation of product well disturbs oil production seriously.Casing deformation takes place in these geological environments such as plastic rock layer,fault zone,active lithosphere zone,earthquake zone and the place where sand flows.The change of dynamical condition around well causes casing deformation.Local dynamical condition is controlled by regional dynamical condition.Local dynamical condition is more sensitive to ambience around well.The change of dynamical environment around well is the basic mechanism of casing deformation.
