胜利油田薄油层水平井钻井技术综述

REVIEW OF HORIZONTAL DRILLING TECHNOLOGY IN THE THIN RESERVOIR OF SHENGLI OILFIELD

  • 摘要: 薄油层水平井的目的层厚度一般只有1m左右,给钻井施工带来了相当大的难度。针对薄油层水平井的特点,从工程设计、施工工艺、测量技术等方面,结合胜利油田营31-平1井的施工情况,总结出了配套的钻井工艺技术,已推广应用30余口井,见到了良好的经济效益。该技术应用前景广阔,具有广泛的推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Horizontal drilling in the thin reservoir is extremely difficult as the thickness of the target zones is only about 1m.In combination with the field drilling of Well Ying 31-P1 in Shengli Oilfield,and based on the characteristics of thin reservoir,the auxiliary drilling techniques were summarized from such aspects as drilling engineering design,drilling techniques and measurement technology,etc.These technologies have been applied in more than 30 wells with remarkable economic benefits achieved.
