高密度饱和盐-稀硅酸盐钻井液技术

HIGH DENSITY SATURATED SALT-SODIUM SILICATE DRILLING FLUID TECHNOLOGY

  • 摘要: 塔里木盆地巴楚地区寒武系地层组成复杂,盐岩、膏泥岩及裂缝性灰岩往往出现在同一裸眼井段,且地层压力高,在该地层钻进极易导致钻井液性能恶化,发生井下复杂情况。为有效解决这一技术难题,在对饱和盐-稀硅酸盐作用机理研究的基础上,研制出一种适合复合盐膏层钻进的高密度饱和盐稀硅酸盐钻井液配方。室内试验和现场应用证明,该钻井液具有良好的抑制性能,能有效降低盐岩和石膏的溶解;具有较好的流变性、滤失性、抗温性能和抗盐及石膏污染的能力。现场应用的欠饱和盐稀硅酸盐钻井液,很好地解决了巴楚地区复合盐膏层中潜在的复杂情况,大幅度降低了钻井液成本。

     

    Abstract: Due to the existence of salt and gypsum in the same long section of open hole in Bachu area,Tarim Oilfield,as well as the high pressure factor,drilling fluids are often contaminated by salt and gypsum,causing downhole troubles such as pipe sticking.To solve this technical problem,a novel drilling fluid containing saturated salt and sodium silicate was developed based on the study on the working mechanisms of saturated salt and sodium silicate.Laboratory tests and field using showed that the combination of saturated salt and sodium silicate has good inhibition and can effectively reduce the solubility of gypsum and salt in water.This drilling fluid system has such advantages as good rheology,low filtration,high temperature tolerance and high salt-gypsum resistance.Its application in Tarim Oilfield minimized the occurrence of drilling problems,cut down the drilling cost,and proved its superior performance in composite salt formation.
