河口高温高压油藏机械卡堵水工艺

TECHNIQUE OF MECHANICAL WATER PACKING AND PLUGGING IN HTHP RESERVOIRS IN HEKOU OILFIELD

  • 摘要: 针对河口高温高压深层低渗透油藏机械卡堵水工艺中存在的井下工具工作性能不稳定、有效期短等现象,优选并改进了液压式封隔器及耐高温高压组合密封件,简化了施工工艺,现场试验6口井,成功率100%,有效期突破320d,可有效实现此类油藏的分层采油

     

    Abstract: Based on the phenomena of unstable down-hole tools performance and short valid period in mechanical water packing and plugging in deep and low permeable HTHP reservoirs,the hydraulic packer and assorted sealing parts of high temperature-resistant and high pressure-resistant are selected optimally and modified,and the operating technique is simplified.In the 5 field test wells,the success ratio is 100%,and the valid period is above 320d.The result indicates the technique can be used to effectively fulfill the zonal production of such reservoirs.
