沥青沉积引起的地层伤害表皮因子预测方法

SKIN FACTOR PREDICTION OF FORMATION DAMAGE DUE TO ASPHALT DEPOSITION

  • 摘要: 原油开采过程中的沥青沉积是引起地层伤害、产液量下降的一个重要原因。沥青沉积与生产过程中的地层温度、压力等因素有关,它们的影响可通过沥青在石油中的溶解度表现出来。应用相态平衡理论和沥青在原油中溶解能力的Flory-Huggins溶解理论,研究不同压力和温度条件下原油对沥青的溶解能力。采用Kumar等人关于液体中悬浮颗粒对油层堵塞的理论来计算沥青沉积所引起的地层伤害表皮因子。通过对绥中36-1油田沥青沉积问题的研究,说明预测沥青沉积地层伤害表皮因子的方法是可行的。

     

    Abstract: Asphalt deposition is one of the important causes for formation damage and production reduction.Asphalt deposition is affected by such factors as formation temperature and pressure,and their influences may be displayed through the solubility of asphalt in the crude.State equilibrium theory and Flory-Huggins theory of the asphalt solubility in the crudewere used to investigate the solubility of asphalt in the crude oil in different pressure and temperature conditions.The theory proposed by Kumar,which is on how the suspending fines block the formation pores was applied to calculate the formation damage skin factor because of asphalt deposition.By studying the case history of asphalt deposition in Suizhong 36-1 Oilfield,it can be concluded that this prediction method is feasible.
