TZ406双台阶水平井钻井技术

DRILLING TECHNOLOGY FOR TZ406 DOUBLE-STAGE HORIZONTAL WELL

  • 摘要: TZ406是1口预探井,目的是探明油层情况,经济有效地开发薄油层。施工中先采取钻导眼探明油气含量、卡准油气层位置,回填一段后,再通过钻双台阶水平井利用1个井眼开发已探明的2个不同深度薄油层。整个施工过程中,仅下339.7mm×502m表层套管,无技术套管,裸眼段长达3628.83m。采用了MWD无线随钻仪器,倒装钻具组合,优化了钻井参数,实现了精确中靶。完钻井深4131m,垂深3686.83m,井斜89.98°,方位48.72°,水平位移538.26m。该井安全无事故,初期试采日产原油86t。为该地区经济高效勘探开发,摸索出一条成功之路

     

    Abstract: The aim of drilling exploratory well TZ406 is to ascertain the oil bearing structures and develop the thin oil reservoirs economically.A pilot hole was drilled to verify the oil and gas reserves and locate their exact positions,and the hole was then backfilled;after backfilling,a double-stage horizontal well was drilled to develop the two thin oil reservoirs at different depths using one hole.During the whole drilling process,only 502m long of surface casing was run in hole without intermediate casing run in,and the open hole was as long as 3628.83m.MWD tools were used,and by using of reversed BHA and optimizing of drilling parameters,precise target hitting was achieved.The horizontal well was successfully drilled,with a measured depth of 4131m,a TVD of 3686.83m,well inclination of 89.98°,orientation of 48.72° and horizontal displacement of 538.26m.An initial production rate of 86t per day was obtained after the well was put into production.
