官195断块出砂机理与防砂技术

SAND PRODUCTION MECHANISM AND SAND CONTROL TECHNIQUE IN GUAN 195 FAULT BLOCK

  • 摘要: 官195断块已进入综合治理、控水稳油阶段,油井出砂、套变较多,影响了油井正常生产和生产时率。从沉积微相分析、地层岩心观察和地层出砂的对比等多方面对地层进行了分析,基本认清该区块地层出砂机理、主要出砂层位和产油主力层,为砂害治理提供了科学依据。经优化简化层系、优选井号、封堵非主力油层,试验应用封隔器高压砾石充填防砂技术取得了成功,实现了油田在长井段、细粉砂岩出砂油层的防砂技术突破。

     

    Abstract: With Guan 195 fault block came into comprehensive treatment and water controlled and oil production stabilized stage, sand production in oil well become more serious which have affected normal producing and producing efficiency of oil well.To the formation, the factors from sedimentary microfacies, formation core and comparation of formation sand production and so on, have been analyzed.The sand production mechanism, main sand production layer and main oil production layer of this fault block are been recognized basically and provide scientific accordance for sand control.Through optimizing and simplifying layer, optimum seeking well and plugging non-main oil layer, the test by high-pressure gravel packing sand control technique with packer has get successful.The technique is a breakthrough in sand control on long interval siltstone sand production formation.
