用JHS-3胶合砂防粉细砂

JHS-3 AGGLUTINATION SAND FOR SILTSTONE PREVENTION

  • 摘要: 针对孤东油田大量油井出现粉细砂甚至粘土砂而严重影响生产的问题,研制了用JHS-3胶合砂防粉细砂方法。介绍了胶合砂的基本配方、主要技术指标及防砂机理。适应性分析结果表明,施工井的层数、处理半径和施工压力升幅3个因素直接影响着胶合砂的防砂堵水效果。现场20井次的应用情况可看出,胶合砂能有效地防住粉细砂和粘土砂,明显地改善产液剖面,并有显著的降水增油效果。

     

    Abstract: Siltstone even clay sand exist in many wells in Gudong Oilfield which influence producing seriously.To resolve this problem, a method to use JHS-3 agglutination sand for siltstone prevention has been researched.Basic formulation, main technique index and sand control mechanism for agglutination sand are introduced.After its adaptability is analyzed, a conclusion was get, 3 factors including layers of wells, treatment radius and pressure appreciation which affect sand control and water plugging directly with agglutination sand.From the application in 20 wells in field, it show that agglutination sand can prevent siltstone and clay sand effectively, and improve fluid profile section evidently.It has gained good effect on reducing water production and increasing oil production.
